Protein lime pie
No baking, no condensed milk, no butter-and-biscuit base. Four servings of just over 110 calories with 16 g of protein each.

Ingredients
Makes 4 servings.
- Rolled oats30 g, ground, for the base
- Plain 0% Greek yogurt300 g
- Whey protein powder1 scoop (30 g), vanilla
- Lime juice40 ml
- Unflavoured gelatin8 g
- Stevia / sucralose5 packets (5 g)
Method

Mix the ground oats with a little water into a paste and press into the base of the tin. Chill.

Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then dissolve in 50 ml of hot water.

Whisk the yogurt with the protein, lime juice and sweetener.

Pour in the dissolved, now-lukewarm gelatin in a thin stream while whisking constantly.

Pour over the base and chill at least 4 hours.

Add the gelatin in a thin stream while whisking. Dumped in at once it forms rubbery threads through the filling.
