Limitless Advancements

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Limitless Advancements is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

1. What we collect

  • Contact and order data — name, email, shipping/billing address, and order history when you contact us or place an order;
  • Eligibility data — your age confirmation (18+) and research-use affirmation;
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect health information and we never sell personal information.

2. Why we collect it

  • To verify eligibility (age, location in Canada, research purpose);
  • To process, ship, and support orders;
  • To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
  • To secure the website and prevent fraud;
  • With your consent, to measure site usage and improve the service.

3. Consent

We collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Consent for non-essential cookies is obtained separately through the cookie banner and may be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser storage or contacting us.

4. Disclosure

We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate the business (payment processing, shipping carriers, website hosting), under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law. Some service providers may store data outside your province or outside Canada; where they do, the information is protected by contractual safeguards, and you may ask us about our practices regarding transfers.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records), after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

6. Safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence. In the event of a breach of security safeguards creating a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate privacy authorities as required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • withdraw consent (which may limit our ability to serve you);
  • in Québec, request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing, and receive computerized personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format (data portability);
  • complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

8. Privacy officer and contact

Our designated privacy officer (person in charge of the protection of personal information) can be reached at privacy@limitlessadvancements.ca. We respond to written access requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting how we handle personal information will be communicated prominently on the site.
