  • Mango200 g, ripe, cubed
  • Plain 0% Greek yogurt200 g
  • Lime juice10 ml
  • Stevia / sucralose3 packets (3 g)

Method

    Blend the mango with the lime and sweetener.

    Whisk the yogurt separately until smooth.

  3. 3

    Alternate layers of mango and yogurt in the moulds, then drag a skewer through to marble.

    Freeze at least 5 hours.

Use very ripe mango and add no water. Water forms ice crystals and destroys the creamy texture.
