Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- Skim milk300 ml
- Unsweetened cocoa powder10 g
- Whey protein powder25 g, chocolate
- Ground cinnamon2 g
- Stevia / sucralose3 packets (3 g)
Method

Heat the milk with the cocoa and cinnamon, whisking until dissolved.

Take it off the heat and let the temperature drop for a minute.

Whisk in the protein with a balloon whisk or frother.

Serve straight away.
