  • Skim milk300 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder10 g
  • Whey protein powder25 g, chocolate
  • Ground cinnamon2 g
  • Stevia / sucralose3 packets (3 g)

Method

    Heat the milk with the cocoa and cinnamon, whisking until dissolved.

    Take it off the heat and let the temperature drop for a minute.

    Whisk in the protein with a balloon whisk or frother.
