Ingredients

Makes 1 serving.

  • Sugar-free jelly powder12 g, strawberry
  • Plain 0% Greek yogurt150 g
  • Strawberries100 g, chopped
  • Stevia / sucralose2 packets (2 g)

Method

  1. 1

Make up the jelly with half the water the packet calls for.

  2. 2

Let it cool to lukewarm. Mixed in boiling, it will split the yogurt.

  3. 3

Whisk the yogurt with the sweetener and fold it gradually into the warm jelly.

  4. 4

Add the strawberries, pour into moulds and chill at least 3 hours.

The detail that matters

Less water than the packet says gives you something firm and creamy — mousse texture rather than watery jelly.
