  • Tilapia fillet (cooked)200 g, in small cubes
  • Lime juice60 ml
  • Tomato100 g, diced
  • Onion50 g, finely diced
  • Pico de gallo60 g
  • Avocado30 g, cubed
  • Baked tostada shell2 tostadas (30 g)

Method

    Cut the fish into even cubes and cover completely with the lime juice.

    Refrigerate 20 to 25 minutes, until the flesh is opaque all the way through.

    Drain off the excess lime and fold in the tomato, onion and pico de gallo.

    Add the avocado last, gently, and serve with the tostadas.

Use very fresh fish and don't leave it in lime past 30 minutes — it over-cures and turns rubbery.
